Users can vote if a site is UP or still DOWN for them. This helps crowdsource outage reports and improve reliability.
Each domain has a chart showing the last 100 uptime checks as UP or DOWN so you can spot patterns or issues. A website ownser mayhave configured their system not to
allot this check. Therefore leading to false positives.( Meaning somewebsites may actually be online when you check them on your browser).
